Refund Policy


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please follow these procedures.


1. Please email us at and let us know you would like a refund. Please not this must be within 30 days of you initial subscription.


2  In your email please include;

a) The email address you signed up with

b) Your username

c) The reason for you cancellation.


3. We will then refund your payment, less £1. This is to cover your use for the first month.


4. Refunds are made to the card that you made the initial payment with. No other refund options are available. Refunds are processed by the card payment provider and can take up to 10 days.
